Corvette Action Center 5th Annual CruiseFest 2008 - Registration Information
To register for the Corvette Action Center's 5th Annual National CruiseFest
2008, fill out the form, print it out, sign and date the bottom and
mail it in with your payment made out to "Andre LeBlanc" at this address:

If you wish to email the registration form and then follow up with
either a) a check in the mail or b) pay through PayPal, please follow
the steps below:
- Download and install free software that allows you to create a
PDF from the registration form. Link: http://www.download.com/PrimoPDF/3000-10743_4-10264577.html?tag=lst-1
- Fill out the registration form online. select File-Print and select
the Primo PDF from the list. Click the Print button. It will prompt
you for a location- save it to your desktop (or location of your choice).
- Email Andre LeBlanc at much2clever-CF08@yahoo.com
and attach the PDF file that you just saved. In the email, indicate
whether you will be sending a check in the mail, or if you wish to
be invoiced via PayPal. *NOTE:* if you use PayPal,
there will be a 2.9% transaction fee if you are within the US, and
a 3.9% fee if you are outside of the US.
Registration Deadlines:
- The last day for Early Registration on Postmarks is May 17, 2008.
- The last day for Regular Registration is for registrations postmarked June 1, 2008
- Late Registration begins on all Registrations received after June 1, 2008 and up to the start of CruiseFest
- On-site registration opens at 2:00pm on Tuesday, June 24 in the CAC Hospitality Saloon at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport Hotel.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation requests made prior to May 17, 2008 are fully refundable. After May 17, 2008, refunds will
be issued at 50% of total registration costs. Contact the Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport
Hotel directly for refund policies on rooms.
Terms of Service:
- You will receive an email notification confirming your registration upon receipt of your completed registration and payment.
- Remember to wear your lanyard-nametag to all CruiseFest functions both on and off-site.
- Online registration with no payments will be automatically rejected without notice.
