Back in 2007, the ACO proposed changes to their current Le Mans Prototype regulations that should attract more manufacturers. While the new regulations were soon dropped due to missing interest, Corvette was one of the few teams interested in them.
That’s why the Pratt & Miller staff designed the following model of a Corvette LMP that will never be built since the rules it’s based on never made it through. The car sport’s a very different look compared to today’s Le Mans Prototypes, sporting a very distinctive front splitter.
