The driver of a 2004 Corvette escaped without injury after he lost control of his car and crashed while traveling northbound on Asharoken Avenue in Asharoken Village on Sunday. The car ran off the shoulder and struck a large rock, a tree, crashed through two fences, continued across a tennis court and into bushes before coming to a stop. Asharoken Village Police responded and investigated the accident.
