GM styling chief Harley Earl commissioned approximately 20 plastic bubble canopy tops for the 1954 Corvette, most of which went to special customers and dealers. This unique Pennant Blue Corvette is highlighted by one of these rare tinted plastic bubble tops and features a Beige interior and matching soft top. Its 235 CI “Blue Flame” six-cylinder is equipped with the later-style dual air cleaners and is backed by a Powerglide transmission.
