Wisconsin Automotive Museum - the home of the Kissel - located in beautiful Hartford, Wisconsin, is an antique auto buff's best-kept secret!
The Kissel automobile was a very high quality car which was was made Hartford,Wisconsin in the 30's and 40's. The museum is on the site of the factory in which the cars were made. Every part of the car except the tires was made on site! One of the products was a great little sports car that kept up with anything made by the larger manufacturrers. Great examples of Kissel cars, along with many interesting ones, are on display. The museum is located in hartford, WI, less than an hour north of Milwaukee.
