About

The purpose of the "Colonial Corvette Club of Virginia" is to promote fellowship among Corvette owners and enthusiasts, to preserve the Corvette as a classic car and to share information on all phases of ownership and restoration. The club supports the highest standards of courtesy and safety on and off the road, as well as, many types of activities throughout the year including cruise-ins, social events, road trips, car shows and community events.

The Club began on August 23, 2009, with a Sunday cruise involving 12 Corvettes starting in historic Yorktown, Virginia and continuing on the Colonial Parkway to Williamsburg, Virginia for a cookout and social gathering at one of the participant's home. It was at this gathering that the decision was made to form an informal Corvette club for people living in Hampton Roads and the surrounding areas. Anyone owning a corvette was welcome to join us.
