Midwest Early Corvette Club

Omaha, Nebraska United States

About

People confuse our club's name to mean we only have members with early Corvettes (C1, C2 and C3). Quite the contrary, "early" for Midwest Early Corvettes Club (MECC) members has come to mean that we're early to the Chevrolet showrooms when the latest model is rolled out.

Our club is known for our cars that are some of the best maintained in the surrounding Omaha area. Many of our members have restored Corvettes or are members of the National Corvette Restorers Society (NCRS). MECC members have Corvettes, old and new, that they show and shine, and use to cruise and dine.

MECC members enjoy car shows, sponsored rallies, and monthly cruises (during warm weather) to name just a few events. In conjunction with other midwest car clubs, the Eastern Nebraska Western Iowa Car Council, the National Council of Corvette Clubs, the National Corvette Museum, Chevrolet and GM, members can attend other events and resources focused on the Corvette (America's True Sports Car!).
