TO:  ALL CHEVROLET DEALERS

This is to advise that effective immediately the Corvette can now be ordered without the mandatory option 469, Dual 4 Barrel Carburetor equipment.  The regular Corvette engine without this equipment has a single 4 barrel carburetor and is rated at 210 HP.

In the near future I feel that you will be able to order a Corvette as you desire, using none of the mandatory options that are now listed.
