READER’S QUESTION:
I’ve been dealing with some wiring issues on my ’61, correcting some “Bubba” work by previous owners, and I’m down to my last problem, the fuel gauge. The gauge needle fluctuates wildly when I step on the brakes or use the turn signals, and it doesn’t accurately reflect the amount of fuel in the tank. Can you share some possible diagnostic techniques and cures for these two problems?
