THIS BULLETIN CANCELS AND SUPERSEDES DEALER SERVICE BULLETIN NO. 90-365-3E, DATED NOVEMBER 1990. THE LABOR INFORMATION HAS BEEN CORRECTED. ALL COPIES OF 90-365-3E SHOULD BE DISCARDED.

Condition:

The "Service LTPWS" warning light may illuminate on 1990 Y car indicating low tire pressure, but the actual tire pressure will be correct.

Cause:

Some of the tire pressure sensors were manufactured with a transistor which was not to specification, causing the sensor to be inoperative. This could affect some vehicles between the following VIN’S:

Regular Corvette with UJ6 Option: 113732 to 116650 ZRl Corvette (standard equipment): 801974 to 802392

Correction:

Follow the Service Manual diagnostic procedures to insure that the sensors are not operating correctly. Replace all the sensors to insure that the condition does not happen again.

Sensor part numbers: Right Front 10098494 Left Front 10098496 Right Rear 10098497 Left Rear 10098495
