Resin Repair Kit No. 1050185 recommended for repairing Corvette bodies has been cancelled. Normal Dealer Orders for this kit have been replaced with No. 1051373, Polyester Repair Kit. However, the No. 1051373 kit will not adhere securely to 1971 and later model Corvettes manufactured with low profile sheet molding compound panels.

Revisions have been made to the No. 1050185 Resin Kit and it has been substituted by No. 1051906 Epoxy Repair Kit. Since this is, not as yet, an automatic substitution in the ordering system requirements for No. 1050185 should be ordered under No. 1051906, Epoxy Repair Kit.
