CONDITION:

Some owners of 1992 Corvettes with the LT1 (VIN P 5.7L V8) engine and automatic transmission may comment on an engine backfire during a wide open throttle (W.O.T) 1-2 upshift.

CORRECTION:

The calibration has been refined to address this concern, replace the memcal with the appropriate one from the chart below.
