Condition |
Some customers may comment on one or more of the following conditions:
|
Cause |
This condition may be caused by the water pump outlet pipe becoming disconnected from the water pump. |
Correction |
Important: Follow the complete coolant bleed process called out in SI. Performing just a vac-n-fill will leave air in the cooling system, potentially causing an overheat condition. Replace the water pump outlet pipe and fully perform the complete bleed procedure after replacing the pipe. |

Service Procedure
