The bezel assembly (Part No. 6451321) used on 1968 - 1971 Corvettes to trim the center console gauges and radio has been superseded by a new bezel conversion kit, Part No. 361191. The conversion unit consists of a new bezel assembly, instrument case, lamp timer hardware and instructions.
The conversion replaces the original seat belt warning light and reset button with a seat belt warning light that automatically cancels out each time the ignition is switched on.
To convert to the new bezel it will be necessary to transfer the original bezel it will be necessary to transfer the original gauges to the new case and make a simple harness using material supplied in the bezel kit.
