A technician may find a Service Driver Assist message or Super Cruise drops out intermittently and the External Object Calculation Module (EOCM) sets a DTC against the Memory Seat Module (MSM).

The cause of the condition may be a software anomaly in the MSM. |
Correction |
Reprogram the Driver Seat Adjuster Memory Module. |
