2020 Corvette Production Has Resumed at Bowling Green Corvette Assembly Plant

After being shut down for a week 2020 Corvette production has resumed at the Corvette Assembly Plant this morning.

We reached out to Kevin Kelly, Chevrolet Communications this morning who confirmed that the Bowling Green Corvette Assembly Plant has resumed production of the 2020 Corvette today.

Last week, we reported that the Corvette Assembly Plant had to shut down for a week due to supplier issues.  According to our sources, one of the main parts suppliers to the 2020 Corvette had an employee test positive for COVID-19.  As a result, that company had to close and its employees quarantine for two weeks.

Now that 2020 Corvette production is back up and running, this is good news for customers who are still waiting for their 2020 Corvette to be built.
