- 02-09-2026: Listed for sale on the Bring a Trailer Auction site with 56,380 miles on the odometer and four previous owners listed. From the listing: "The current owner acquired the car in 2024 after it spent the previous two decades in Hawaii. This C1 Corvette is now offered in Indiana on dealer consignment with a clean Montana title in the name of the owner's LLC."
- 11-06-2023: Listed for sale by Jim Howlett of Kula, HI with 55,761 miles on the odometer and three previous owners listed. - via email from Jim Howlett: "The ownership traces back to Timothy W. Shirley in 1976. Norb F. 'Bud' Schaefer bought the car from Shirley in 1981. He took the Corvette to LaVine Restorations of Nappanee in Indiana and entered the car in the 1996 AACA show in Florida where it won first Junior Class 30. Afterwards, the car was put on display in the offices of Norcar Vintage Racing in Carmel, Indiana. The car was shipped to Hawaii where it was sold to Jim Howlett in 2002. Howlett has owned the car for the past two decades and has taken excellent care of the car. He has kept up on maintenance, tune-ups and detailing - winning a local maui car show. The car has 4 brand new Coker wide white tires. The carburetor has just been rebuilt and the car is running beautifully. In his retirement he is looking to sell the car to the next person who will continue excellent care for this rare and historic vehicle. The Corvette will be up for Auction at the Mecum auction in Florida in January."
