THIS CAR WAS PURCHASED NEW AT BEATY CHEVROLET IN KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE. ORIGINALLY CUSTOMIZED IN 1959 BY BUSTER DOBBS. TOTAL RESTORATION OF THIS CUSTOM CAR WAS COMPLETED BY ITS OWNER, STEVE MCCAIN. IT HAS HAND CRAFTED FIBERGLASS FINS, CANTED 58 LINCOLN HEADLIGHTS, CUSTOM HOOD SCOOP, 56' STUDEBAKER HAWK GRILLE, FRENCHED 56' DODGE TAILLIGHTS, 3 TWO BARRELL RODCHESTER CARBS., 283 C.I. ENGINE, A 4 SPEED MUNCIE TRANSMISSION, STOCK WHEELS, GAUGES, RADIO AND STEERING WHEEL. THE INTERIOR IS STOCK 1953 WITH SHORELINE BEIGE VINYL SEATS AND TAN CARPET. THIS CORVETTE WAS NAMED HARERAZN BY THE OWNER BECAUSE OF ITS RADICAL CUSTOM DESIGN. HARERAZN HAS BEEN FEATURED IN SEVERAL MAGAZINES TO INCLUDE "AMERICAN RODDER". THIS CORVETTE HAS BEEN RECENTLY ON LOAN TO THE KLASSIX MUSEUM IN DAYTONA, FLORIDA. HARERAZN HAS ALSO RECEIVED THE BOYD CODDINGTON PRO PICK AWARD AT THE INDY GOODGUYS SHOW, TOP 25 KUSTOMS OF AMERICA AWARD AND ISCA BEST RADICAL CUSTOM. Featured car in American Rodder, Bloomington Gold Special Collection, Chip's Choice at Carlisle, Eye's on the Classics, and Mark Martin's Klassix Museum in Daytona Beach, Fl. Originally purchased new at Beaty Chevrolet in Knoxville, Tn. and customized in 1959 by Buster Dobbs.
