This car is owned by the lead process and assembly engineer for the GM Wixom performance build center. The engine was built by the current owner at the assembly plant as a prototype pre-production unit in May of 2008. The car was assigned to Harlan Charles (GM Corvette marketing) as a company car for use in media promotions and product validation purposes.
