We all love a good love story and this, between a man and a car he shared with his wife, has an improbably happy ending 42 years in the making.

Paul Jones saved up his money in college and bought the beautiful ’67 Corvette Stingray.

On August 12, 1973, the car was stolen from in front of the apartment he shared with his wife in Fort Worth.

After four decades, they got a call from the Ohio Highway Patrol with news they never thought they would hear.
