  • 11-22-2020:  This 1981 Chevrolet Corvette was purchased new by the seller's uncle from Harry Mann Chevrolet in Los Angeles, California, and it was later transferred to the seller's aunt before being acquired in 2019 by the seller. Finished in dark blue over tan leather, the car is powered by a replacement 5.3-liter LM4 V8 that is paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a 3.73:1 limited-slip differential, aftermarket 15" Carroll Shelby Wheels, a performance camshaft, aftermarket long-tube headers and a custom dual exhaust, a hydraulic clutch, T-top roof panels, power windows, and air conditioning. A July 2020 service reportedly consisted of resealing the valve-cover gaskets and the oil-pan gasket.
